28X, the free, privacy first women’s health platform, has launched a new NETBALLHer themed butterfly, available to all users.
Throughout a user’s cycle, the butterfly changes colour to reflect four stages: menstrual, late follicular, early luteal and late luteal. Alongside the visual changes, users can explore what is happening hormonally and how different stages of the cycle may affect mood, exercise and nutrition.
Netballers can select the NETBALLHer themed butterfly free of charge from the app’s home screen.
Alongside cycle tracking, 28X offers more than 100 articles and 20 digital courses, written and reviewed by experts, covering topics including wellbeing, gynaecological health, fertility and contraception.
28X is designed to make trusted health education and cycle tracking accessible to women and girls without subscriptions or the monetisation of their personal health data. The platform combines privacy first technology with evidence based health information and is designed to support users across different ages, backgrounds and levels of health literacy.
