Vitality Rose Berri Neil opens up about her experience as a young netballer of having heavy and painful periods, and how this affected her.
Since being diagnosed at 19 with endometriosis and PCOS, she has been on a journey of discovering that the level of pain she experienced with her menstrual cycle was not normal.
Berri shares that this is still an ‘ongoing journey’ for her, but that she is receiving medical help to manage symptoms better, particularly so she can maintain at the top of her game.
